Well it looks like the "heirs" have retired for the night. I believe there is a six hour time difference between Canada and South Africa. I am not surprised that deBeers played hardball with SUF. They have been quite active lately in their efforts to control any future production of high quality diamonds. I will be surprised if the courts favour those who have tried to steal a find from those who have worked so hard to cultivate it. My experience with the system in RSA is that it is fair. The court case wouldn't have been dropped so quickely without good reason. I'm of the suspicion that deBeers has been trying to gain control of SUF during the course of these negotiations. This therapy they have been administering to themselves in the public forum has been a great effort at inventing the truth so even they can believe it. Whats the term you use? Correct the spelling would you Gull? Is the proper term for your performance laquir?
