Well Gary, regarding pump & dump - that is the beauty of sleepers with good credentials. When You get in low and people do pump & dump - then You won't get hurt regardless what happens. The worst thing that may happen is that the stock will settle where it took off. Much better than getting in on the top and feeling Your like fallin' thru the floor.. CROSSY

But in the final analysis, they are private individuals who state,AND I EMPHASIZE, that it is their pick for their purchase and they do not solicit new buyers. They are disclaimered every which way from Sunday. We are all adults and can make our own informed decisions. I for one would be very upset if the SEC wastes their time on private individuals posting their selections, while those Wall and Broad Street gutter snipes in $1000 Armanis drive their Pukeshes to Fort Lee and spend their days spouting off on CNBC while their lackeys go thru 1000 name roladexes hyping their "listed" stocks. Power to the People Or are the rules of the game that when the common person tries to make it, they get pummelled while the Milkens and Boeskys skate with a wrist slap? TG
