Is MDIX is the process of hiring an IB or is this something that will happen in the coming months? It seems that the timing of future positive developments (hiring IB, stock buyback, expansion of sales force) is dependent on MDIX closing this sale. I think that if they can get this money by the end of June the ball will start rolling and a big contract would be gravy.

Really? I didn't realize a few posts could have such a powerful effect on a company. I don't understand, and the extent of my "care" for MDIX stops at the share price....
