Here is another tidbit; Stock Issued for Services ------------------------- During the nine months ended September 30, 1997, a total of 2,000,000 restricted shares, valued at $.10 per share, were issued to a Bolivian officer of the Company as a bonus and 200,000 restricted shares were issued to an independent consultant. NOT A BAD BONUS WHEN A COMPANY IS LOSING MONEY. Just one of many shares that were issued in 1997 (45 Million total were issued in a nine month period)
