If you're refering to Napier's patent it on the internet you should check and read it I don't understand why you stopped yourself from trying to find it after you dug up your dirt on APT and elaborate further and your findings HERE I'LL MAKE EASY patents.ibm.com

Yay...Dales' back... Hey man, you've been asleep. I gave the web links to the patent a while back and Gino has given a direct link in Msg #153 (just to make it easy). Sure, we all have picks that we talk about from time to time. I haven't followed any of Rich's on the VSE, but over there I've also been in TGR and JNN. However, I'm just an investor who makes the effort to research and post information that I think will be interesting to others. We are very lucky to have Rich with us here. Investor relations (for his company in the US) is his business, he knows of what he speaks...what line of business are you in? NIR doesn't do anything on the VSE these days, though still listed. All the action has moved to the TSE. This is not a speculation play anymore, compared to many junior mining stocks. NIR's products are there, they are real (you can see and touch them), the patent is real (old news), people are physically testing them and reporting tremendous results. There are just too may independent sources of information to verify claims that folks are making. Why don't you give Ron a call - he likes NIR (extract from News article): Ron Graham, contracted to I.C.I. as an Industrial Maintenance Coating Specialist, states that "The amalgamation of Napier's SV-35 environmentally friendly chemical strippers, the environmentally advantaged Aquasol cleansing solution and I.C.I.'s expertise in coatings and marketing will be the most significant event for the refurbishing industry in recent history." Imperial Chemical Industries (I.C.I.) based in the UK manufactures in 50+ countries and sells in 160+. They are mammoth and if you want instant worldwide distribution at the stroke of a pen - they'll give it to you. Just waiting now....

Dale, First and foremost, YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!!! I FIND YOU TO BE VERY ALONE ....WHAT FOUNDERS OF APT? The Venture capital firm screwed UP.. Farrell was the only person affiliated with APT, who no-longer can be a director of any VSE company... He resigned from APT prior to any decision handed down from the VSE.... CHECK THE FACTS BEFORE YOU SLING THE MUD... YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE... YOU DRINK URINE.. Second, What does your post have to do with NIR? I'm a shareholder in NIR and Like the company. Not once, Did I ever tell anyone about the company that I'm employed to do IR... THANKS FOR TELLING!!!! My company continues to kick butt...anyone who wants the facts look at airbox.com and/or the SI thread" AIRP ". Third, I'm EDUCATING new investors and new members of SI to be very AWARE of people just like you who sit around all day and stir up utter crap which has to nothing to do about nothing. HOW MUCH money/shares of NIR do you own? I WOULD GUESS NONE... Just like all the other companies that you post on SI. GO AWAY...
