Normally how long does it take for a co. to be listed on BB ? Is it common practice for a company to take over a underperformed co. to be listed on BB ? What are the advantages and disadvantages in doing so ?

Thats a pretty high price for Mountain Energy shareholders to pay considering they're currently getting only .12 cents on the dollar. And even less when the deal was finalized last week, the conversion was less than .02 cents on the dollar. I don't see the logic behind such a decision.
