How does the fraud charges filed against >MINE> this Month, affect the current Company and management? It must in some way, because otherwise why would current management be trying to settle with the SEC, as they admit in a recent press release? Also, does old management still have any connections and do they still own stock... Hey, I want to make a killing to, but I make money in BB's by doing complete DD and minimizing my risks... and asking the hard questions Comments?
