WTCEC
What does the expected payout in one year mean.?
When would the deal close (especially is SRGN drug is approved?).....Does one have to wait a year to get LGND stock? & would one have action on LGND during that year.?

Thanks

JO

Thanks for your thoughts, Walter. I agree with you entirely. If it weren't for SRGN's illiquidity (and miniature market cap.,) arbitrageurs would have eliminated this inefficiency long ago. As it stands, SRGN remains a great opportunity for the small investor, although the margin requirements of "arbing" the deal by shorting LGND against SRGN are likely prohibitive. Hedge funds would not have this problem, but as you said, this opportunity is much too small for them even to bother.

I have been a buyer of SRGN in my tax-sheltered accounts.

Have a good holiday,
