i heard somewhere that's a prerequisite to win on the market - to stuck to Your strategy. Mine is not too different. The advantage just doesn't have to be so distinct - normal growth record would also do and some ratios (PSR) have to be inline with my expectations..

Anyway, Your criteria regarding share structure, debt, insiders etc. are eye openers in the OTC-area. I was happy not to have touched the BB without having applied them..

A number of posts back someone summarized the key points to look for: Sufficient authorized, modest float, unfair advantage, no dilution, no floorlessconvertibles, strong management, new contracts for business.

I agree with those, but sometimes it's tough..Especially when the holding that satisfies the most of those criteria happens to be the one that is also down the most.
