David, cheers to You ! I know from myself how hard a task that is. But beware, what we are doing is just the BEGINNING not the end and nothing is guaranteed. What we really do need is to get our hands on cut-off criteria. That might accelerate the scan process of meaningful OTC companies. When You see such a sign, wait or get onto the next whatever it may be (dilution, lack of products, floorless convertible debenture, reverse split due, pump & dump, unholy SEC records, no market for products, lousy management, etc.) Thats the hard part of the equation, believe me and it takes experience to master all those perils.. best regards CROSSY
