it would seem to me that ME simply wanted to get a deal done quickly
and get listed and ready to trade on the open market..

even though ME's asset base is high, they have alot of proving to do
and ICVI mgmt needed to be kicked out... I agree that more details
are needed.. but as the details develop if they look positive I will
be most likely adding to my positions... I already plan on getting
some more definately if I can under 50cents... take care.. and we're
all anxiously awaiting some more news hopefully later this week.

You have to realize that ICVI was really acquired by ME...we are dealing with ME now...Soon to be evident with the name change...

Be willing to bet some of the Mountain Energy people own some of the public float too, in which case, they've already made money off of going public...and hopefully a ton more.

The acquisition by ICCI will be paid with 50,000,000 restricted common shares only.
