what is wrong with anyone stating their opinion based on doing DD? what is your opinion? And what DD have you done to base your opinion on? Furthermore, should we judge whether your opinion is or is not responsible? this is a board for investors to share info, not a corporate mouthpiece or a pr forum.

FACT: 2.38 per share book based on current reported assets FACT: 1.5 p/b avg in oil/gas industry for companies with neg earnings FACT: 3+ p/b for those with positive earnings FACT: Corporate spokesperson suggests more acqs to follow FACT: CEO looking to grow ME to 1/2B in five years Do your own math. You could have found all of these FACTS by reading all of the posts put here in the last week, yet when someone repeats their conclusion, you jump all over them, wanting them to spoon feed you every one of their premises.
