Yes, I understand your concern. Interestingly, I am more interested in the legal aspects of the company, like why would somebody hire an attorney that couldn't catch a simple mistake like "Nasdaq Bulletin Board". This is shareholder's money, remember, but I don't know when the current attorney came on board, and all I can do is guess. Perhaps the company had no legal representation at all back then, and the current attorney might have some past experience in the securities industry, I don't know. I don't even know if the current attorney is still the current attorney. I met Tony on the spaceship. He sat between Alvis and Bigfoot. Which reminds me, where is SJB? BAWK!
