Earnings are due out any day; personally I would hold at least through earnings. They are expected to at least post break even or positive results, but that's no guarantee it will cause a price increase.
I sold ICVI after they made their first announcement on their bogus merger because I didn't like the responses I was getting from the IR department. I sold @.07 and watched it go down to .045, thinking I made the right decision. So who know's???
