OK, lets assume for a moment that you have 200million in assets in the ground. Cash flow is nil since you are not getting it out at present and you need capital to do that. You of course could partner up with a driller or miner who would be more than happy to help you out for a fairly large percentage of your assets or you can borrow from institutional lenders of course they will watch you like a hawk as to how you spend the money and if you run into a major problem they would hold the purse strings as well as your future in their hands. Or you can buy a shell and get listed and by taking the 55million shares you now have at Fridays closing price, close to 30 million in liquid assets to borrow against to purchase equipment make acquisitions and form strategic alliances. And with each announcement or acquisition your 55 million shares is worth more and more. At $4 a share you would have over $200,000,000 in assets that are not in the ground, Pretty slick way to build a company that can produce revenues for years to come since you now have the assets to keep the business running.
