<<It's well established opinion by most stock investor's that
nobody can call a bottom. >>

True, it would be foolish of me to predict an exact bottom. But it is obvious the trend of this stock is down at the moment and would be equally foolish of me to buy this stock until an uptrend is created.

<<I don't see your conviction on what you're saying. If you
bought the stock at 30 (very early or very late by your
opinion), your still making over 50% in 9 months. That's
not good enough for you??? >>

I would much rather buy this stock at 23 on an uptrend bouncing off the bottom of say 20 with buying interest in the stock and make 100% on my investment with less risk.

The risk outweigh the gain at this point. Wall Street is not happy with this stock hence the price is going down. Now I am talking short term and without the aid of a tech run up that will benefit all tech stocks across the board.

Company needs to regain Wall Street's confidence with more visibility as to earnings and ability to overcome current problems. This will not be a quick fix it will take time for the turn around. That is why the patient investor is on the sidelines and will remain their until Wall Street regains confidence in COMS.
