Jerome,

I will always be happy to discuss issues, progress, etc with you. The problem with the thread is that when you talk about the issues you are accused of trying to hurt the stock. The stock price of AGTI does not have any impact upon the competitive environment in which distributors, such as myself, compete.

The AGTI / SEGA joint venture is not going anywhere because it has no money. SEGA is not SEGA of Japan, but a private company from Las Vegas that basically licensed the name from SEGA Japan and gave them a small ownership position. SEGA of Las Vegas, either is not willing to fund or does not have the ability to fund this JV project.

BTW, stating the obvious is not being a naysayer.

To save others the trouble. Yes I represent the largest, by revenue, provider of electronic bingo systems. I do not own any stock in AGTI, nor am I allowed to under Texas law. I hope this disclaimer is satisfactory.

You are missing one very important point. Can you explain why tgs59 finds it so critical to be posting here so often...day after day?
He is the competition you know. Aren't you the least bit curious about what he knows that has him so frightened that he is spending such huge amount of time here?
A feeble attempt at damage control?
Come on, the guy has a business to run. He obviously considers this a top priority on his list of daily business activities.
I find that interesting to say the least.

Yeah, I'm with you, Jerome, but for different reasons...

This thread is about

10% information from knowledgeable people
and
90% (hype) and (complaining about most of the people that provide the above)

Good Luck..

Kurt
