To Incomep,

You wrote out most of the info yourself. To generalize...

Selling Holders put up 5.5M in March.
Swissray got 4.9M after fees.
10M shares were registered on May 11th at 80% of the closing price of the last 10 trading days before May 11th.
At about .42 per share that would work out to 13M shares. A little over the 10M, so you have to go back to NASDAQ or the like to average the closing prices for those proceding days before May 11th.
Regardless, the selling holders will get all or most of the shares registered on May 11th. As to the date they actually convert and to date they actually sell the shares is anyones guess. But some of the previous conversions are being sold as the share price has not come up for air in quite awhile. No one really knows what stratagy the selling holders have in mind, but one of the important things they might do is get there original investment back ASAP and than maybe they will let the pressure off of the stock.
