(Sorry 'bout that...!) :-) I dug it up on the NASDAQ web the other day - and just had time to throw it onto the heap for consideration. I also presumed that it would raise a flag to the folks at AGTI-HQ; if I speed-read it correctly - this was the "for approval" version submitted to the SEC. A compliance checklist may be in order, to identify any shortfalls - and the clock seems to be running.
