Carl, I have spoken with a reliable source at UTEK who made the following comments regarding ISI and what ISI brings to UTEK:

ISI has a operator interface that is considered by many to be "world class."

ISI machines have good system diagnostics, auto set-up capabilities and good ease of use in a manufacturing environment.

The XLS has been upgraded since the GCA days with software upgrades, a new 2kw illuminator, a new atmospheric compensation system and other electronic tweaks.

The Tropel lens problems (solarization and colorization) have been solved.

Also, from the UTEK press release it was said that the ISI machines would fit well within UTEK's disk drive division. Your thoughts on the above would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
