KAA: CVIA's Shareholder compensation plan is still incomplete
at this time.

Nothing wrong with that. It looks like an added on
"by the way" type statement to inform any people
deserving compensation, that CVIA is completing
the compensation plan.

This is the way I read the last statement:
(past/present tense being irrelevant)

Corporate Vision also announced

the plan to compensate its shareholders because of the share
consolidation

is nearly complete

with details soon to follow.

I imagine this will be finished and announced before
completion of the acquisition.

Hi Milk! Hi Wayne!

Now, I just have to wonder. Where Matt might be
"cooling his feet" this long holiday weekend!

KAA,

It will sure be intertesting to watch how the market reacts on Tuesday.

No, the past tense didn't strike me as strange:

"Corporate vision... announced progress on the acquisition...

...also announced (that) the plan to compensate... is almost complete.."

I think they will soon clarify that all they meant to say was that the plan "is almost complete", with details to follow.

P.S. That's what you get when you prepare a PR on Sunday night!<g>
