SAYING IT THE WAY IT IS: Those that are already in the stock and plan to day trade will hope the stock gaps up and moves up rapidly and will dump it on the way up after reaching their GOAL. Others who are in this for a long term position and hope it goes to the sky should not be concerned how fast it gets there, but just so it gets there! If all of the positive print comes to fruition, then it certainly will. On the flip side, if it proves to be a scam, it will drop like a ton of bricks, and you may not be able to get out without getting hurt.

There are day traders that have not as yet bought the stock, and they want to raise skepticism so that the stock will be bought at the lowest price possible and then dump it for a quick kill. My personal reason for visiting these boards is to find underpriced, and undiscovered companies to invest in to make a profit. Is this such a stock? Not sure at this point! Will it move up at the open? Most likely! Will it suddenly drop as quickly as it rises? Quite possibly. I think that WE should do as much d.d. as feasible.

I do notice that the old Board that Joe founded is inundated with primarily day traders and hypesters, hopefully this one can have predominately investors looking for good values.

I apologize for inadvertently including the last paragraph regarding the IOM board, as when I was posting #130 last night, it didn't appear and I thought I probably didn't submit it properly. Only after going back over the previous posts did I realize that it was posted.

By the way, the fact that the company was excluded from extracting a sanction is most likely a positive, but I'm not a lawyer, and perhaps the SEC felt that to punish the entity as a whole would be a weaker case rather than placing the blame on those that carried out the transgressions.
