FWIW, I have been looking over the balance sheet. It seems that with the most recent sales that CKFR will be sitting with book value of about $5 + per share (with much of that in liquid assets - cash and equivalents). Thus, the real cost of all of CKFR's operating businesses is about $17. a share today. This stock is getting to be a cash cow just from the spinoff of businesses. When operating earnings start kicking in things could get very interesting since CKFR has a very low debt level (Debt to Equity of 0.04).
