Sam, Thanks for the URL. I suspected the Asian financial crisis was getting worse but I had missed that interesting bit of news. The roll out of ADSL modems for quantum leaps in data transfered to disk drives could invigorate interest in having a big one. The Cisco Dell US West announcement: techweb.com

Hi Sam, Re Korea..... Its not over til its over, and I've not yet heard the fat lady singing. Seriously, the reported contraction of their domestic auto market is pretty stunning. Cutting just 20% of the labor force still leaves them needing to raise exports a whole bunch. Get ready for new records to be set on our trade deficit going forward. Best Regards....Tom
