I bought in on NETZ at .18 Could have sold at 1.44 but ended up selling at .80 I know the world of BB stocks are a very slippery place. I will watch this one closely. The trick is to get in real low. Than it is real hard to loose.

Gene,
This little company...MINE...is a gamble, I like the odds.

That being said, the SEC release (of May 12, 1998) is written as notification of pending litigation towards the Ex-officers (and a few stockholders). It has to be written in present tense. If you'll notice the SEC was in CYA mode when they wrote this release by throwing in the disclaimer at the end of the paragraph acclaiming they seek accounting and disgorgement from the past participants except Golden Eagle.

This disclaimer at the end destroys any chances that GE can file suit against the SEC and win. All they could do at that point was to put out a release of their own.

I suggest everyone who is interested in this stock remember their past big losses in other stocks and recognize that GE is a gamble with the information that is currently available.

...but I love to gamble.
*all statements are just my opinion*
