Something should be coming soon. May 31 is the deadline for QVC to meet the minimum purchase requirements. They are not expected to do so. What will the company do then? I believe they will end the exclusive marketing agreement with QVC. Hopefully QVC will continue on a non-exclusive basis,but Hydron cannot afford to continue to grant QVC exclusive rights to market the products.They need other marketers for it's products. The agreement with Gunthy-Renker specifically bars the right for mass retail distributions. I hope that will be the next development. Let's put Hydron products on the shelf in department stores.
