I was not on the call but did have a friend that was. In my perspective Banyon is not quite ripe. It's still green and on the tree. But it has been well taken care of and should bare beautiful fruit in due time. When will that take place? I have no idea. When the market makers get a wiff of something coming down the pike you can be certain that they will run it. But when it will happen is anybody's guess. Weeks or months... I can't tell. I am holding and will be buying more but I will not expect it to do anything for several months. If it comes sooner I will be a happy camper. Mike Sawyer PS - In my opinion, Patriot will not take place but I do believe that something much better will. I understand that Banyon has several other deals in the works and one or two of them are of huge proportions.

24601, I was on the CC....and I felt Yost was very clear about his business plan......and it would seem that there are about five deals in the works. It all sounds good....but I doubt many people believe any of it. Banyan seems to have a hard time making good on various goals and timetables. I agree with Mike that Patriot is in trouble...and that Yost is looking at a repeat of the Echo experience.....the fact that the stock is down to 20 cents reflects the goof...IMO. I would hope that there are some exciting events ahead......but I would not hold my breath. The fact that BANY has not been able to deliver could be the reason some shorts have piled on the stock. A bet on BANY is a bet on Yost. Let's hope he can make some stuff really happen. bg
