Open Letter To All,

I think that we all have to stop thinking about ACTV for a while. We are all falling into the small investor trap. Most of us have held this stock for quite some time now and certainly don't want to sell on the first major gap up. The news item today is part of a new and IMO, a welcomed PR strategy to keep ACTV's name in front of the investing public until they start up in Dallas.

IMO, we have to view our investment as being a part of the astute few, who share the same vision, of the new age of communication that is yet to come. If you do not believe that ACTV is on the inside cutting edge of this new age, I would suggest that you do sell your position.

My assessment of Bill Samuels is that he is very dedicated to making our company the number one company in the digital industry and sees no barriers once the digital technology is in place. I agree with him.

On the down side, all the major players are concerned with, at this point, is the big picture 12 - 24 months down the road, not taking into consideration what the MM's are doing on a daily basis to the small investors.

It is psychological warfare, you against yourself. Forget about what others say they are going to do at the first major gap up, most of them are too emotionally involved. I have been steadily accumulating stock for two years. There is no way that I will sell my interest in this company until the first three (3) roll outs are completed. At that point we will probably be in takeover talks.

We have invested in this company because of the huge upside growth potential of the digital industry and your belief that ACTV will become a major player in this industry, don't loose sight of this, your in good company.
