Proposal: Stockholders Meeting Site. I would like to propose that the first Firamada Stockholders meeting, (company sponsored of course) be held in the month of December in Orlando, Florida. The agenda would be to review the past year's performance, Plans for the future and introduction of the board of directors to shareholders. Any seconds or discussions?? MOO collin

There are so many companies out there losing money and their stock prices far exceed FAMH, I just can't believe that this $.30 BB stock had earnings from continuing operations of a dime. Especially if they announced it in a press release. The investing public didn't believe it either. Amen...... This Co. now has a history of misleading investors don't be too quick to forgive. They have cleared the air a little but their is yet much to explain. They will not be trusted and the price will not increase unless good accounting is made for all that has happened i.e. ATXI deal Late financial statements Ira and Robert The change in Acct. firms The revisions in '97 earnings SI postings Float increase
