Oh Puh-leez,

Let's not start comparing Hayton to Jesus Christ. Jesus wasn't afraid to speak out in public. He had the courage to stand up for what He believed. He never hid or ran away like some coward.

Sorry to preach, but let's not use the Lord's name in vain by using it to compare anything to Hayton. It's one thing if you want to make up some kind of connection in your mind to old money (yachting), but entirely another when you begin to try and connect this reprobate to Jesus.

Don't any of you, who are long, in this stock feel that it is about time for some real, solid answers from Hayton? Good heavens, don't any of you care enough about your investment to demand some answers? After all it is your money. I'd certainly demand more from them by now then any of this pie in the sky foolishness that has been been expounded here.

Many of you feel that the Wired articles have adversely effected the price, so why aren't you demanding a response to help get the price you feel it should be? Are you afraid to ask the tough questions? Are you afraid of the answers? Companies that care about their investors do answer, when enough pressure is put on them by said investors. Why haven't you tried that instead of making stuff up as you go along?

Maybe this company will fly, but the longer they go without financials and answering the tough questions, this less likely that is to happen.

Off my soapbox for now,

Aleta

PartyTime and Jon, time for a truce again! From my personal perspective, let's not get religion involved, either.

There are any number of reasons for Hayton not to respond, some of which may include (i) why give more publicity and attention to those who will, like Jon, never be satisfied with the answers given any way, (ii) why give more publicity and attention to those who will split hairs with the answers given, and use the answers as another basis for personal attack, (iii) what is there to gain by acknowledging or suggesting any legitimacy to the "forum" created by Wired, or this thread, (iv) the attacks are against Hayton, not newly formed NetVest, Zulu-Tek and/or ESVS, no matter how superficial those distinctions may be, (v) the "correct" or "comprehensive" answer is not easily explained, or understood, precluding an easy rebuttal in the public forums provided, (vi) if the stories are partially true (no matter how little), it may not be worthwhile trying to make the necessary distinctions between what is true or untrue, since that would only invite closer scrutiny of what is admitted as true.

In short, by now it is obvious there will be no response by Hayton, so why don't we accept that as a given, and move on with what Mincheff, Rogers, LapTop, ESVS, and Zulumedia are doing in the present - not what happened in the past.

Didn't I indicate that perhaps his story is better told when a major journal--not a techno-flashy Vanity Fair-type one--does the historical profile on Zulu?

Attacking the messenger when there's no facts to dispute the message doesn't help. If Wired's reporting hurt the stock price that much, then there's a lot of people out there who are willing to bet with Wired's articles vs. ZULU-tel's press releases.

It would be nice to see some releases from ZULU about ZULU.
