They have a refund policy if you cancel within 30 days. You can try it and see what you think. They will refund your payment except for exchange fees if you aren't happy with it.

I have been using it for almost 2 mos. with only minimal problems, mostly due to my own learning curve. People on this thread are very helpful with answers to usage problems.

The NASDAQ L-II is well worth what they are charging for it.

I must make a decision this week to keep it or cancel for a refund (my 30 day trial is almost up).

Their version of NASDAQ Level II is somewhat WEAK. Slow and inaccurate describe it.

I am ASSUMING that it is FREE now because it does in fact stink, BUT THAT THEY PLAN TO IMPORVE IT.

That's the gamble I am faced with. Cancel and move on OR keep it and hope that Level II and OTC-BB information comes up to speed.
