Yoccm, everything is obviously not roses with FAMH. The stock price reflects that, quite obviously. There is much to be accounted for, and the past actions of the company(through it's representatives) leave much to be desired. That said, I think that it is important that they do what they can to come clean on these issues and to rebuild the confidence of the shareholders that we will be continually informed to material changes in the nature of our investment. That, IMO, is what has killed the stock. With the potential revenue base of $100MM, or close, and possibly much more in the near future, the company has acted more like a BB stock with trailer in the outback and 2 employees with metal detectors prospecting for gold, and less like the company that it could and should be. The management change, at this point in time, boads well IMO. So far, I've personally liked that moves that have been made, although there is much more that needs to be done.

This company has so much potential. Even now, given everything, I still think that the company is incredibly cheap. All that needs to be done is for the company to rebuild a solid relationship with the shareholders through actions with teeth. The principal of the accounting firm being on the next CC is an excellent sign in this direction.

I vote for anywhere outside of Dayton, Ohio. The air force museum and bowling only gets you so far :-).
