DIAMOND Address PO BOX 31525 Address SEATTLE WA 98103 Phone 310 584-0750 Filing Date May 13 1998 Shares to be Sold 407 Value 763.00 Broker NATL Actually, the value is more than 763.00 But 144 is an intention to SELL need to see Form 4 for the actual sell. Also note the other 2 144's filed were for a total of ~6500 shares back in april a husband and wife the Diamonds....Again, as you can see they must file due to relationship with the company/size of holdings which either they work for DGIV or thewy have %5 ownership in which case the amounts are miniscule....... Either way 407 shares is nothing.. in the grand scheme of things
