A novice question from a novice TNRG shareholder: what does getting one's shares cancelled mean? Do those shares simply get 'erased' somehow? And does the market cap decrease by the same amount? Thanks. Sean T. Kim

Hello! Cheesehead, You asked for some possible questions to consider asking the TNRG Management on Tuesday! A few that come to mind are: #1.--What is the status of the $48 Million Debenture planned to acquire the Shopping Centre in Szchuan? I understand a value of a $3.00 debenture was being considered! #2.--When do they plan to have their SEC Filing completed and become a fully reporting Company? When I last spoke to Mr. Tilton he eluded to a time frame later this summer! What is the current status? And with all the new acquisitions recently announced is this still an achieveable and realistic time frame! #3.-- What is record date to entitle TNRG Shareholders the opportunity to receive the dividends of our recent acquisitions as previously stated in TNRG News Releases? When I last spoke to Mr. Tilton he indicated it was quite a paper trail to complete, but I interpreted it as some point later in the summer! Can he confirm this? #4.--What is his realistic expectation or target date in setting up a TNRG Webb Site? I understand these activities take time, what is his target/ time estimation? #5.--When can TNRG Shareholders expect a news release/update-as so much has been announced over the past few months, that we appear to have much on the TNRG Development plate? Are his targets near term realistic? and do we have the infrastructure in place to support all the expected and planned upcoming developments? In other words does he have other players on the TNRG Management Team or a hard working Team behind the scenes that he could tell us more about? Well Cheesehead!
