Hi, The spin-off has already taken place ie with the placement of Sodra. As far as ownership by US and Canadian citizens that was only part of the construction for initial offering of Sodra. Only non-American/Canadian owners of Lundin shares could take part in the first offering. You can now buy Sodra as some non-Swedes already have through matteus.se I would think that once the share is listed in Stockholm on a regular list ie New Market it will se more action. As it is now it is listed in the newspapers on an obscure warrants list. The listing in London on AIM will the next stage.
