MINE - I just talked with IR.
I called Guy Murrel at home, he was cutting his grass.
Please don't do the same, I will relay all the information he gave me. He said he will
answer all questions he can if you
want to call tomorrow. However, he is not a mining expert.
Here are some points:
1. float is about 28,000,000
2. Mary Ericksons family has invested 3 million in the company
and has restricted shares. They have no interest in diluting shares.
3. Terry Turner has no shares, will be compensated in shares later.
He is not even salaried.
4. About 54,000,000 shares are restricted.
5. Terry first learned about the results of Guido's report Thursday
and he was stunned. Much higher than he thought.
6. 32 million ounces of gold have come from the area since the Inca's.
7. Guido's report will be translated and put on the website in 1
or 2 weeks. It is a high priority of the company to get the
information confirmed and out to investors.
8. The recent SEC news does relate to events of 2 years ago.
9. They have done 3000 assays in 2 years, and have obtain a
drill for further testing.
10. Open pit mining is the method they will be using. An independent
consultant Don Hausen confirmed that that method will work.
11. Guido has no financial interest in MINE. The same is true
of the London firm that did the testing.
12. It is true that there is alot that is needed to get production moving.
A joint venture is definitely being looked into as a possibility.

16 Double Eagle will be dinghy on the big power, and the Zodiac will look good on the 42' sail.
