You should NOT hav eposted that to me. here is My response..

1. float is about 28,000,000

Nothing at all to verify this. You have to figure total issued as the float since all are free trading.

2. Mary Ericksons family has invested 3 million in the company
and has restricted shares. They have no interest in diluting shares.

Again nothing to verify this

3. Terry Turner has no shares, will be compensated in shares later.
He is not even salaried.

Then why is he involved???

4. About 54,000,000 shares are restricted.

Where is the verification

5. Terry first learned about the results of Guido's report Thursday
and he was stunned. Much higher than he thought.

No kidding because it was based on samples given not taken by the geolist in a survey. The highest I ever heard of was 3.5 ounces and it cost a small fortune to do the survey and trench.

6. 32 million ounces of gold have come from the area since the Inca's.

Not from the mine right

7. Guido's report will be translated and put on the website in 1
or 2 weeks. It is a high priority of the company to get the
information confirmed and out to investors.

Where is the survey report and confirmation the samples where taken from the proper area and trench.

8. The recent SEC news does relate to events of 2 years ago.

Well they got a legal civil suit and with no money how they going to pay for the NEW litigation.

9. They have done 3000 assays in 2 years, and have obtain a
drill for further testing.

whatever

10. Open pit mining is the method they will be using. An independent consultant Don Hausen confirmed that that method will work.

yeah right ..

11. Guido has no financial interest in MINE. The same is true
of the London firm that did the testing.

EXACTLY and they have made no survey only testing the samples.

12. It is true that there is alot that is needed to get production moving.

Yeah like money and capital and they have the SEC on them... Who is going to do that. WOuld be throwing money away until cleared up.

A joint venture is definitely being looked into as a possibility.

Who in their right mind would be willing to put money into a lab test that was not taken by the lab in a survey.

Look folks do not bring this stock to me ... I do not like anything about it or surrounding it. Invest what you want but this one is nothing but another pump and dump scenario. If it goes it will go without me.
