Pikewest...

Amerinet purchased JNNES' satellite Real estate division...
JNNE recieved 15% of Amerinet for this. On the Costco deal, JNNE and Royal West...(not affiliated with Amerinet) helped Amerinet negotiate
the deal with Costco. This is Jones Naughton's strength. In turn,
JNNE gets 50% royalty fee on every mortgage deal through Costco.
Mortgages are expected to go from over 1 billion this year, to over 30 billion next year. It is figured that JNNES royalty income from this will be around 12 million to the bottom line, aside from the Community Marquee program, any income from an additional company they may purchase..and other mass retail deals.
