Sergio -- I've watched with interest DHI. The one concern I have is that it is in a market that is very sensitive to any interest rate changes. The market as a whole is experiencing nervous jitters over the Federal Reserve raising interest rates. Those nervous jitters, I suspect, will be even more significant over the coming weeks and months with companies like DHI. How have you factored interest rates, and more importantly the perception (whether true or not doesn't matter) that interest rates may rise, into your analysis of DHI? By the way, since "finding" this thread a month ago, I have to say that it is one of the best message boards. The quality of the posts are unmatched, in large part because of the leadership and civil tone you have demonstrated in your own posts. Keep up the good work. -- Jim Wright
