So much of our personal defenses depend on other people's inability and the convention against consciously utilizing our mostly uncontrollable unconscious cues ... when we find someone "reading our mind", it can be pretty scary. In a therapy setting, the precursor must be trust ... as in business. One form that trust can take is to simply accept that we have nothing to hide, nothing worth hiding, nothing in fact ultimately hideable. This is a mostly useful assumption in therapy and one can make one's own decisions in other contexts ... viz. biz. 7 years training and practice in NLP, hypnosis, etc ... Cert. Master NLP. Now back to your regularly scheduled program ;-)
