Not trashing MINE, just trying to get simple answers, that's all LOL! Geese guy....I have $200-600 a month in long distance phone calls asking hard questions of PR firms, CEO's etc. BEFORE I invest. I always share my DD for free on SI. I was just looking for some simple answers....you could PM me privately with them. It would take about 2 mintues for you to do so. Just hoping for some simple sharing of data. Geese! By not answering some simple questions, it makes me very cautious about investing here. I don't get upset about missing a stock... if this is legit it could go up bigtime. If it is not, well, you know the answer. Plus there are always doznes of stocks a week to make money on...if I miss one, I'll get the next one. There is lots of conflicting info.....after reading dozens of posts after May 12th (like you suggested) when the lawsuit was announced, many think that the company is going under, other think it is no big deal. Well, if the company is trying to settle with the SEC, there must be some ramifications... plus some or all of the old management owns millions of shares of stock. When there is this much hype also, the SEC really puts astock under the microscope....halting of trading is a real possibility. It's better for you guys to tone it down and hope this stock doesn't go too wild tommorrow. I was invested Transtector Systems, the ID fingerprint companya bout a year ago. It ran from 10 cents or so to $2.00, CNBC mentioned it, the SEC then looked at it and closed it down. I don't believe it ever re-opened. Just some food for thought.... if this company is legit, everything will be fine. I am outta here....so you will be happy about that. Sorry if you thought I was bashing..... good luck with it.. no hard feelings.. I;ve said my piece and it doesn;t look like I will get my answers I need to invest, so I will bow out.... no more posts unless I am publicly and unfairly attacked.... constructive or valid criticism is fine.... I can take that. Dave
