I have been confused previously by the terminology, where I took the term 'consumer' to mean individual and was corrected. There is other documentation of sales breakdown but I don't have it at this moment; however, it is a well known fact that Dell receives only about 10% of revenues from 'individual' buyers, the majority being from their corporate accounts.
