Joe,

In all fairness, I must say that I have no evidence whatsoever that you are selling shares of AirStar. It is something I worry about. You say you are not selling, and your post comes across as believable. So as of now I'll say I have no reason to believe Joe Lanza is selling shares of AirStar. Of course, your filing a 13-d would be enormously helpful to all of us, I would think.

As AirStar's consultant, can you tell me how I can reach the company, not FIG, on Tuesday? I'd like to talk to Joe V. Also, as far as you know, it there any truth to the "rumor" that Joe V wants to sell SSI? TJS

JL:

I have nothing to hide. I, nor my son (I asked him), have sold stock in quite awhile. In fact T.J.S., I bet my stock losses are larger than your stock holdings.
I sometimes try to trade ASTG or give a helping hand

How long ago is quite awhile? What do you mean by trade? What do mean by helping hand?

This is the first time you have ever acknowledged on SI that you EVER sold any ASTG!! You have ALWAYS maintained you are a BUYER!! It is time to make FULL DISCLOSURE.

You have been claiming that you and your SEC attorney would make these filings for months!! Has your failure to file and provide a legal opinion to the company as to the nature of your dealings and holdings in ASTG been what is holding up the K & Q?

My vote is YES, give up the Consulting and Promoting Contracts for ASTG!!

Wes
