You should know better than anyone else.
Goalie ask yourself a few questions:
Why were you all so wrong in the outcome of the 'court' case?
You were always so confident of the outcome.
Why are the shares so depressed?
The M1 was to be factored in at $11 according to CJ.
Why offer the heirs $15 Million if they have no rights to M1?
SUF backed out at court not the heirs.
Why no NR on the homepage about the $15Million offer to the heirs?
The garbled one that was released just confused everyone.
Why not keep the facts simple?
SUF backed out so as not to embarrass themselves in court.
The Section 24 was already pending at that time so there was no trade-off as is made out.Why try and confuse the issue when it is so simple?
Where will SUF find the $15 Million for the $300 Million M1?
Bankers are not fools and no doubt will also wonder at SUF strategy.
