It sure seems slow these past few days. Maybe they are getting hit with a hacker bug. Maybe the NT servers can't handle the load. Oh well it's only a hobby system.

I think it was more a global problem this weekend. Lots of internet traffic. But, on the problem of advertisements, you shouldn't see any if you are a member. If you are logging into the public server, you might be getting the advertisements even after logging in. Try logging into this address:

I have noticed a slow down over time. Now pages take up to 1 minute sometimes to load. Occasionally, the server is inaccessable.

Ken, you're absolutely right. The service is slower. And, what's worse, we no longer get news articles, just press releases. As I recall we used to get Reuters news stories on the companies we looked up. Now we just get stuff from BW or Business Wire I guess it's a service that distributes company handouts. Sad.
