Jon, you shouldn't have to pay for it. But don't you think you still should at least have some inkling as to BOTH sides of the story, before launching broadsides?

Just out of curiosity, do you personally know Kirschner? You've been very adept at trumpeting what he wrote.

Lexus: i know people with it, NONE are too quick to offer it to me. I am told to check out a LARGE library, or a University Library, preferably one with a law school, but it doesn't HAVE to have a law school. I am told it's $4.00 a minute, with a minimum rate, and you won't find what you need in 1, 5 or probably even 10 minutes..... BWDIK ???
