good questions that need to be answered precisely. The general picture I have is. 54 mil is restricted 28 mil is the float with $3 million of the personal money of Mary Erikson invested, they absolutely do not want to dilute the shares. IR told me 800 mil authorized was with the original charter and it is absolutely not in their interest to issue more shares. They are currently reviewing some possibilities to get the gold out. The most likely will be a joint venture. If all these questions were already answered this stock would not be .33, it would be $1.00+ or nothing. I am betting on $1.00+
