Robert, If we would know the answers to the questions you pose, you and I would not be posting this baffling facts on this thread. Fonar has been discovered by the so-called smart money or wall street gurus or whoever. They simple may not have liked what they found. Rarely, if ever, a good investment is ignored by those who know how to find good stock. I think we should stop finding excuses for the inability of Fonar to be more forward with its stockholders. Let us turn our attention to the price of the stock. In a nut shell it tells tacitly the whole Fonar story. It embodies the frustrations, hopes, fears and unreal expectations of all investors in this stock. When the pertinent facts of Fonar's performance are known to everybody, then the price will again change accordingly. Hugo
