A couple of responses: It appears that the exercise price for the 1998 options is $35. There is nothing said about the old options. With regard to your comment: To be honest, it doesn't make a great deal of sense to me. If the price of a share drops by $30 per share, then, if I own 100,000 options, I still do not gain $3,000,000 regardless of my exercise price. It would very much be in my best interest to exercise the options if I anticipated a significant decline in the stock price.

These are the kinds of numbers we are talking about...
