Gary,
one of my mentors - Zeev Hed - knows knows that situation very well. He was the one that first exposed the EXSO-floorless convertible. Later on when CTYS had the same he just posted the SEC info on that thread after we looked up the records. Many threadsters didn't believe the SEC records - imagine that ! They flamed him and so on. Then they didn'T believe the effect of a floorless

But the records were out - the convertible did what we expected to do and the stock of the company (CTYS) quickly declined from $10 to $0.1 - without pump & dump involved. Ignorance was sufficent to get many "investors" into the stock when in fact the floorless convertible already did it's ugly game. I call it "peer group pressure". As You say - it often pays off to go against the crowd. I know it as a "spectator" in CTYS and CAFE after loosing 30% of my position in EXSO. For me it'S important never to be trapped with one scheme more than once.
